Why P2TD Consulting


My name is Joseph DiGiovanni. I have 32 years of experience as an IT leader, enterprise architect and cybersecurity strategist with a proven history of driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams. I started P2TD Consulting to drive IT integration across people, process, technology, and data factors, minimizing risk to deliver impactful solutions that enhance business success.


Leadership Philosophy


The Air Force has shaped me into a servant-leader in which core values guide everything I do. I believe leadership starts with humility and integrity. These virtues, along with patience, kindness, gratitude, perseverance, and resilience, are essential for effective leadership. They are also necessary for excellence in the organization. As such, these virtues shape all that P2TD Consulting does.


Technical and Strategic Beliefs


Technology alone cannot solve any problem nor meet any business need. It needs to be assessed in the context of people, processes, and data considerations. I believe enterprise architectures are most effective as a framework for modeling and analyzing the interdependencies of people, process, technology, and data. Such architectures also provide traceability of corporate strategy to solutions. As such, EA should be leveraged to make any decisions about the selection and deployment of any technology. Such standardized frameworks also allow leadership to connect innovations with technology in ways that accelerate business growth.
